A non-toxic makeup brand approached us because they weren’t seeing sales. Having spoken to them about their situation, we decided to run meta ads for them for the first time.

Despite the brand existing for over 3 years, they were struggling to stay afloat and generate consistent sales and revenue. With many brands on the market greenwashing, they also struggled to differentiate themselves to their ideal audience.

Since the main issue in this instance were other brands greenwashing, we had to first optimise their branding and strategy. First, we created a brand story to position their products as genuine, emphasising that they don’t greenwash, and ran a short campaign to find the exact target audience. Once we hit the mark on the targeting, we then ran a small discount offer campaign to their ideal customer. Authentic brand story was always at the core of this strategy.

Within just four days of our initial strategy session, a full-scale Facebook funnel was operational. In three weeks, ROAS soared to 2.5X, and by the end of the first month, we achieved an average 4.36X ROAS.

The outcome was a staggering 11X ROAS from targeted campaigns, turning around their ad spend woes into a resounding success.
